Villa Khun got its name from the maple trees that surround it. This noble plant was used for the production of the traditional Montenegrin musical instrument ‘’Gusle’’. The tree symbolizes both quality and beauty of natural materials that were used to build the villa. The stone was hand processed which gives it a special texture and color, that add to the Mediterranean style of the house and its Scandinavian interior.
